Tropical Storm Debby’s Impacts Thursday from Boone to Burlington:
Tropical Storm Debby is bringing the risk for flash flooding, river flooding, and isolated tornadoes to the Piedmont Triad to the Blue Ridge Parkway on Thursday. Rounds of torrential tropical rainfall and strong wind gusts may cause sporadic power outages and life-threatening driving conditions.
