WARNING! There are scammers in the comments pretending to be me and saying you have won a prize and should contact them. Do not engage with them.
  • I don’t care how strong or practical it is, this is a triumph of craftsmanship, mathematics and perseverance. Absolutely fantastic job!
  • @trevorwinter5071
Very impressive! Please accept this compliment from an 84 year old retired cabinetmaker, your turning skill is remarkable and your lathe attachments are very ingenious.
  • Having a HND inmechanical engineering, and 40 years in the trade, having worked with the most complicated multi axis machines, I take my hat off to your unique skill set. What a beautiful piece of craftamanship and art. There are no more words. :washhands:

I’ve seen a lot of wood working videos on YouTube… I mean a lot. This has to be one of the most incredible projects I’ve seen. I think you can give Frank Howarth a run for his money.
  • Im no engineer or mathematician but you have to be an alien to create such perfect symmetry by eye. Its truly mind blowing. Dont sell it , it needs to be in an art museum. That was incredible to watch. Thank you

Knowing my luck, I’d throw my keys on the table and they would end up in another space-time.
  • Was anyone else totally sketched out by cylinder trimming on the table saw!? A real demonstration of a man who knows his craft! That is an amazing piece of furniture.
  • @RedVolcanoAK
Whoa what? You created this masterpiece in 140 hours? Does anyone else think that's bonkers? I was thinking more like 1000+ hours.

Man, the fact that the cubes are stretched along the wormhole as the space would be just blows my mind, this man is a beast!
  • @zvizarhin4220
As a mathematician and a hobbyist woodworker, I couldn't express the excitement and joy I got from watching you create this masterpiece. I feel like every physics department everywhere must have a table like this. I really hope you will get the attention you deserve, both from the woodworking and math communities here on YouTube, and outside. Keep up the great content!

The way you lined up the LED’s with the maple laminate strips is amazing. Well done 👍🏻

There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful this is. You’re a genius.
  • @austininatx
This might be the the coolest table made anywhere on the planet this year. Amazing work!
  • @eyrie1
From an engineer and artist, I can honestly say that this is one of the most impressive pieces of work I have ever seen. Executed to utter perfection. An absolute masterpiece. Well done, my friend.

I'm a metal working guy.. usually don't like woodworking at all and make fun of it... but this project is really top-tier. Absolutely amazing work.
  • @codydarcy2343
Phenomenal build. I've been a woodbutcher/carpenter my entire life and never seen anything like this. Hats off to you dude 🤙
  • @montelegaspi
The grid pattern literally illustrating the concept of the wormhole is not to be overlooked... Unbelievable. Bravo, Mr. Gomis!
  • Concept, design, construction and finishing, pure genius. You would think this guy came to earth from an advanced civilization via a wormhole. But not so. His hatred of sanding and losing his cool when clamping proves he is actually one of us - human. But a human on another level entirely.
