  • Man. Thor started out serious and got comedic. Ant-man started out comedic and got more and more respectable.

Man. Thor started out serious and got comedic. Ant-Man started out comedic and got more and more respectable. Edit: Aight. I left for an hour and this blew up. Lol. Anyways. Edit 2: I see that my original comment has been misconstrued. What I meant was simply in reference to the character arcs for Thor and Ant-Man. I find it fascinating how different Thor is in his solo film and The Avengers movies (minus Infinity War, Endgame) and then in the other Thor films. But Scott Lang progressively matures and still maintains his "funny guy" edge. From Ant-Man, to Civil War, to Endgame.

Even if the movie wasn’t that good you have to admit this was easily one of marvels best trailers
  • @nova_kane
The plot teased in this trailer was so much better than the actual film. I kept waiting for the part about Kang offering Scott a chance to go back and do things over so that he didn't miss so much time with Cassie, but it never freaking happened. The story desperately needed it.
  • This is what happens when writers actually write stuff they love. And producers hire writers who know what they’re doing! No character seems out of place! This is just perfect! Oh man, this movie is gonna be an emotional roller coaster!
  • @Lancersilva
I’m still most impressed with the fact that they made Kang not look stupid. Dude’s got the freshest fit I’ve seen in years.

Bro why did this trailer make it seem the movie was gonna be a super intense, serious and emotion filled marvel movie. Swear to god nowadays marvel trailer are better than the final products
  • @attilaszucs3245
I hope in another universe This movie one of the best movies of marvel. Jonathan never fired And marvel never went to disney+.
  • @AstosAorieuls
We live in a timeline when Ant-Man movie looks more serious than a Thor movie
  • @madeinelie
First time I'm actually scared for Ant-Man since his first film. So excited for this
  • Re-watching this trailer after seeing the movie is upsetting. A storyline about Ant-man making a deal with Kang to get back the time he lost with Cassie is such a more interesting and emotional movie than the one that we got.
  • @Howieazy
Hope this will start phase 5 with a bang
  • I like the role reversal here. In Endgame, Scott was gone for five years and needed to be caught up on the current situation. Now it seems like he and Loki are the ones who are gonna be warning everyone what's coming

Rewatched this trailer and said "This could've been a materpiece"
  • “I don’t have to win, we just both have to lose” that is probably the most badass thing I’ve heard out of Antman
  • “I don’t have to win. We both just have to lose.” I’ve wanted to see that mindset on a protagonist for so long. You can’t beat a villain, but you can still stop them from winning.

Trailer was better the movie. This is why I’m rewatching the trailer now. It’s so freaking good!
