In this Stealth Truck Camping Adventure, Luke has a very strange encounter at 3am with someone screaming about the Devil next to his truck....it's weird.

Any time you have to stay at a Walmart, it's weird....

Additionally, Luke was able to fit a FULL SIZE Cot behind the Driver Seat!

I used to do that when I was younger too. I called them my self healing days. Took my dad once and learned a lot about him as we traveled. Miss him.
  • Leaving your window That open was anxiety inducing. Definitely more trusting than i am when car camping 😅

A stealth camp? I had to look twice, I thought I clicked a Steve Wallis video🤣 What you have done with the cot Luke is VERY cool, you have taken the 18 wheeler sleeper and sized it down to fit YOUR truck. In the shots of it, it looks just like a sleeper cab, just smaller.

Wal-Mart does tend to attract weird people at night. That ending theme is most excellent though.

I don't think I would be able to sleep a wink in a Walmart parking lot, even without your Grammy winning singer providing quality entertainment all night😂

Luke I have the same cot, thanks to your review. I drive a F150 and have a cap on the truck bed. I actually have my cot back there and it is awesome. I camp in the Adirondack mountains in the off season and absolutely love it. I have been doing it for a while now and sometimes wake up thinking I’m home. It’s that comfortable!!! I’m a 75 year old female and absolutely love the outdoors. Many of my purchasers have been because of your reviews. You are always dead on! Thank you for you and your channel!!!! Be safe out there-

Luke, I had to laugh! I'm a retired Walmart driver. They always suggested that we stay at, or behind a store at the end of our day. Now you know why I never did! 😂🤣

That dude is just your average, every day Jelly Roll fan. They are typically weird as all hell but usually quite harmless.
  • Wait- this is not Steve Wallis channel? Stealth camping.. Talking about past friends. Back when I was young I remember going to a Kmart to buy a Matchbox car. I remember thinking it was a long bike ride but it was worth having a new Matchbox. Back home my friend and I started playing with the new cars. First we had two, then there was four, then six and ended with 8. I bought one or two. My at the time friend bought one. He stole the rest. I was a loss for words.

I could share some stories. In 1992 some friends and I did a tour with the Grateful Dead. We took off at the end of May and don’t come home until the end of August. The entire summer was camping out of a VW Vanagon and sleeping in pup tents. That was an experience! Some of the people I met will stick with me until my last days.
  • That is Herbert the Walmart Clown, They keep him around to keep the weird people away 😅😅😅

Taco Bell runchy tacos and mild salsa. BEST COMBO EVER!

I was a road musician for many years. While I always had hotels to stay in some of the trips were long and I’d pull over and sleep. It was safe way back then (late 70’s-80’s) but I wouldn’t do it now
  • @AuntMaryNC
I think I'd be more afraid of the 4 taco hell tacos you ate than the singing dude. 😅
  • New subber. I didn’t realize it at the time, but my family grew up nomads. Dad didn’t like staying anywhere for too long. We often camped out of our station wagon. Sleeping out of it. Eating out of it. We had some trying times to be sure. But we also had some very unique experiences. Dad was all about stopping by the wayside to see something interesting, swim in a creek, have a picnic, have s’mores by a campfire. Once, (this was in the 60’s) we got to some sort of check center set up in the road. A tiny hut with a man inside, who was some sort of military man. He had very explicit instructions for the next six miles of road. No cameras. No stopping. It takes exactly x amount of time to get to the other checkpoint going x mph, which you must drive. If we stopped, didn’t reach the other checkpoint in time, someone would be sent out. If you have an emergency, do not under any circumstances get out. He then did a check of our vehicle. We got back in, he started a timer, and we proceeded forward. The first crazy thing was a boiling river. It was literally boiling with steam coming off it as it wound its way through its course. The next thing is both sides of the road was very forested. Heavy, thick forest. One squared area, the trees were petrified. Another square area, the trees were gorgeous and flourishing. Another squared area, the trees were stumps…the soil was ashy and smoking. It went on like this until we got to the next checkpoint where our vehicle was again inspected to make sure we didn’t have any contraband from the area. We had a lot of crazy experiences on the road. I guess that’s why I enjoy these vlogs so much.

Mans kept whippin those tacos out of nowhere

From the lyrics I could hear it sounds like "son of a sinner" by Jelly Roll. Pretty good song.
