I think it suits her because Mondstadt is based on Germany (Quincy is also German), she's a part of the KoF as an outrider (There's Sternritter), and she's a bow user (Quincy is known for their Heilig Pfeil as opposed to Shinigamis and their Zanpakutos). What do you mean Star rail characters have a long burst? Thats the best part about the game, is that even 4 stars like Han Deng have literal works of art as their burst.
