You missed Red. He was still Champion, he just wanted to train more, so he left his job to the Elite 4 temporarily. Edit: and Kanto and Johto don't have there own Champion. Since they are so close, they share an Elite 4 and a champion. If you are champion of Kanto, you are champion of Johto, and vice versa.

In sword and shield who else had a problem with Leon’s Haxorus, I never used any items my entire run until I got to Leon and all of he max revives acquired in the journey were all used in that battle, and when his Haxorus used earthquake it nearly beaten all my team, but I got through it in the end
