Wig Wag Ab Workout

This is my version of oblique barbell twists I call it Wig Wags, try it out let me know what you think in the comment section. Does anybody watch my channel??? With your feet slightly wider than shoulder width work the barbell shoulder to shoulder moving the barbell slowly up and down!
