I’m in business, my rule of thumb is: major purchases should be with suppliers with physical manufacturing addresses, with contracts & insurance. Use local manufacturers, with the volume of your customized item, they will make it for you. You don’t have the headache of importing and you don’t enrich Chinese SCAMMERS. #RelyOnLocalBusinessPh

You don't deserve this, Basel. You have been a good and honest person. This should be publicized and expose the scams of Chinese online traders.

Thank you for sharing. Usually you will run more losses running after scammers and might be scammed another time in the process. I will not order from Alibaba again. We got swindled just about as much as you did (not by online transaction) and we stopped efforts to recover our money looking at the expense to run after the swindler. Let's be very careful. Rest your case in prayer. And if goods are with customs there's a big chance you can get them, I hope without paying too much again. Deal with this after you've calmed down enough, don't let this kill you nor your business.

Lesson learned: Pag Una pa lang red flag na. don't continue the transaction.

You know when you report this CHINESE SCAMMERS All they have to is close that company name, and starts the new name, and change their Location. God blessed

I’m sorry about what happened to you man. You’re a good person and I think you’re going to recoup your losses. We will pray for you and don’t worry too much. Take care of your health. As long as you’re alive there’s hope. The positive side of all of this is misfortune is that you were able to warn other people about the scam. Hopefully no one else will be victimized by those evil people. Is there any government agency that deals with these malpractices ? In the US there’s the Better Business Bureau . There must be one also in the Phil. because I think this is not the first time that this happened. Again I’m sorry that this happened to you. Don’t stress yourself too much. Take care.
