It's true I'm making many changes to my lifestyle right now after having hit rock bottom, and it's time for a change. PS: Pearls don't form from grains of sands, it's parasites drilling into oysters from the outside :) The oyster defends itself against this parasite, at the end of the process the parasite is often mantled in what we know as a pearl (most natural pearls are never perfectly round, those which are can be fetched for incredibly high prices)
