I think it was a wise decision. If she would be even stronger then Neuvilette, then the abyss would also increase very heavy. And that would mean that many older teams are barely playable. That would be a big uproar from the comm.

She was shaping up to be the ideal forward vape carry (which I've been waiting for since launch) but now I don't feel like I'll be able to justify pulling for her, and due to the timing it's hard to think it's not due to Neuvillette's backlash. I imagine that's why the nerf more heavily impacts her AOE damage. They want to avoid any possible interpretation that he is powercrept. If she becomes better by the archon's release I'll grab her on re-run.
