  • It’s not new, Philadelphia has used them for over a year, put your defrost on your windshield then crank the heat, it releases the suction cups. There are videos on how to remove them, good luck nypd 😂😂

Why not? Do little to nothing about violence but parking tickets? Full authoritarian.
  • @TheStrangeKage
How much does each barnacle cost the city? Vendor prob charges 5k a piece.
  • So let me get this straight. You do not want the vehicle parking there, so you disable it so that the owner cannot move it? Gotta think that one over for a while.
  • @Stuts-oh1ef
Why doesn't our country spend money on more parking and more efficient infrastructure than aiding endless wars?
  • @jpadarath27
Give it a couple of months and scammers will figure out how to disable it and charge only $50 bucks...lol..
  • @JoeFlation
Incredibly easily defeated using methods found in videos on YouTube...

So wait🫤🤨...... How does putting a boot on someone's vehicle (that's parked) keep traffic moving?🤔
  • @sgtpepperz25
You started in the poor areas first, nice...wonder why everyone hates cops.

Traffic agents used to be dressed in brown so that armed suspects won't mistake them for armed police officers. Someone got the bad idea of dressing unarmed traffic agents in similar uniforms to police officers causing a serious safety issue. The NYPD may claim that it provides omnipresence but it really stemmed from the NYPD changing to dark blue shirts and wanting to sell off the excess amount of left over light blue shirts they had in stock, corruption in the procurement process?

  • But if they put it on and there’s 6 Cars and they can’t move it’s still going to be there blocking the street
