I do most of these stretches when I am on my exercise bike each day. They take 14 minutes out of the hour that I am paddling. I'm 90 years old.

Stretches are great .The instructor is clear & does not talk about other subjects.

This is doable... I suffer with chronic pain, due to arthritis. Everyday is a challenge, but gotta keep moving!!!

I have a lot of shoulder pain and I knew exercise would help but I just didn’t do it. Just sat with the heating pad. I ran across your video this morning and did the exercises with you and WOW! My shoulder doesn’t hurt! I can’t believe it! I will be back. Thank you!

I hadnt excercised for a long while. This was uplifting. I used to go 3xs a week to the YMCA pandemic hit and just can't get myself to go back to that, but I need to exercise my bones. This works. Thank you so much.
