A film about the world's largest hacking convention and its 20th year running. Filmed over the summer of 2012 and containing hundreds of hours of interviews, parties, presentations and spectacle.
Over 280 hours of footage was recorded in support of the documentary, and five separate camera crews were in action.

Directed by Jason Scott with camerawork by Eddie Codel, Alex Buie, Drew Wallner, Rick Dakan, Steve Fish, Kyle Way and Rachel Lovinger.
Produced by Jeff Moss and Russ Rogers.

I've been to one event in Vegas and the community at DefCon was so enlightening. I felt like I belong and I can be my honest self. Miss you guys last year.

DEFCON 2003 was one of the best things I've ever experienced in my life. What a culture. Boy would I love to do it again.

And now we are at a time where someone like me. 26 years old is getting active in a community I had only read about as a kid. Fascinating to see such amazing, intelligent and creative people building the future that I get to enjoy. Now it's my turn. What can I be apart of? An exciting question indeed.

This is a convention where you'd want to disable your mobile phone WIFI.. and Bluetooth... yes, disable BLUETOOTH.. actually just turn off your phone.

All I have been done all day is watch these defcon talks. Also wondering how I have not known of this sooner.Shit is so good, and really hope I will be able to attend in August Jason Scott keep up the great work man.
