How can use Blade Trap of Laceration when almost every passive says "...when you hit/ by you/ by our attacks..." etc. Does it work on traps?

What do you think about Lacerate of Haemorrhage? or any similar lacerate version. As you get more buffs from blood/sand stance now as well.

any reason for Earthquake over Ground Slam of Earthshaking it has way more damage even after applying the 150% more multi and u don't suffer double delay once for secondary effect and again for bleed

I want to try bleed but I may need some hand holding until earthquake gem. I never started with melee since like... when Sirus was the final boss 🤣 Do I just use any melee gem and run run run?
