Hey Maddie, just want to say that I'm loving this new style of video where you really take the time to film the whole recipe process and explain each step as you cook. It's such a soothing antidote to all the super quick recipes on shorts where you barely have time to process what you're watching. Please make more !!!

My husband and I are from California and we spent 10 months in the UK last year. One of the main things that we miss is THIS is not chicken! It was one of our absolute favorites! I hope and wish and pray that we get that brand here in the US someday soon!

I actually just saw your cookbook the other day in my local bookstore all the way in wine country, California. Planning on buying it the next time I get paid. :) I'm currently making the transition from mostly vegetarian to fully vegan, and your videos (as well as a handful of other vegan creators) have really helped me with making that decision and feeling confident about it. Can't wait to try that dirty fries recipe.

This video and especially the intro is so comforting and reassuring, This'll be my third year as a vegan, and I always see so many videos of comfort foods, or easy and quick meals or whatever, but not vegan. Sure, there tahnkfully are loads of vegan recipes and creators today, which really is great. And you are one of them, who makes you feel less lonely and motivates you in a society that can sometimes be so cruel, but hopefully that will change to!! But anyways, Thank You <3
