  • Who watched this before Kobe passed but came back anyway to hear his voice... RIP Kobe
  • @MrBartman002
Crazy, people gonna be coming to this video for decades to come.
  • @1NicOfficial
The fact that Kobe told Michael Jordan “remember who you’re talking to” And Michael saying “I’m just messing with you” Is classic, literally nobody else can say that
  • @zaymoney252
Too think Kobe had less than one month on this planet left at the time of this interview.. He seemed completely normal which reminds you how short life really is… DEEP.. Long live the Great Kobe Bryant
  • @SJ23og
Kobe so competitive he got himself a bigger chair Edit: Just wanted to come back and say thanks for the likes and RIP to the GOAT and Gigi 🐍🐍🐍
  • @Pablo8lm
This interview will become iconic. Last interview of Kobe Bryant. I still can't believe it. RIP Black Mamba.

Nobody will read this I’m sure, but I remember watching this after it came out, and then a few weeks later going on a work trip. My flight landed in Chicago 2 hours after the incident, so I remember walking off the airplane into the hotel lobby and seeing grieving and I didn’t know why. Until I saw a TV, which was showing the news. As a lifelong basketball fan (but not even necessarily a Kobe-particular fan compared to others beforehand) beginning to cry in the airport, because regardless of my prior fandom of the athlete (he was always beating my team, so that’s why I didn’t pull for him, because of how good he truly was), I was a big fan of the man, Kobe Bryant. This was a tough one. There will never be another like him.

Coming back here on the 2nd anniversary of his passing and it still hits home. RIP to an absolute LEGEND. We miss you Kobe 🐍 ♾ 💜💛
  • @Cochise954
Kobe is so much cooler in person. The media really did make him seem like a bad person when he played.
  • “I would never let someone disrespect Kobe Bryant, not in my presence” -Stephen Jackson
  • @ninjachannel007
Hearing him speak at length about GG's growth is still heartbreaking.
  • I watch this interview every few months. I miss Kobe so much, the only player/star/celebrity who’s death that made me cry. What a man he was
  • @infamy463
This dude Matt Barnes is so good at what he does, let the guest talk, asks question that fans want n overall is super professional.
  • @chakat1991
I'm watching this for the first time in 2023. And it still fascinates me how much I can learn from Kobe. This podcast is forever❤
  • @answer0418
2 years later still enjoyed rewatching this. RIP Kobe
  • Can’t believe this is ONLY 39 minutes long man 😭 EDIT: damn man. Rest easy King...
  • “You can’t win 5 rings being selfish” RIP Kobe Bryant! I grew up watching him like everyone else. I still remember game 7 from 2010 like was yesterday :(

Kobe was such an iconic individual. You’ll notice their level of maturity. Based on how they talk, laugh, their gestures.
  • I respect the fact that Stephen Jackson always gave Kobe love when Kobe was still alive. Most people only do that when someone has passed and only do so out of hindsight. As Stephen once said back in 2018, "I would never let anybody disrespect Kobe in my presence"
