This is a composition I did writing to the short film Far From The Tree. All music was composed by me. I set myself the challenge of writing and editing the music for this in 3 days and this is what I came up with. Any questions feel free to comment and I will reply. Thanks

The story that tells us to be better parents to our kids.

Whenever I watch videos like that, I feel blessed to have such understanding parents, especially a mother who listens to me not just as a mother but also as a friend. She always provides me with the comfort level that every child dreams of.

Beautiful on so many levels. Mother knows best? Perhaps. Sometimes the 2nd generation does better. With more kindness. That this story is told without words? Speaks volumes. A work of art in so MANY ways. The music is the perfect accompaniment/icing on the cake. Superb. XO

Such a beautiful story and I am crying!! Parents try their best to protect their children and sometimes it gets overwhelming and they fail to understand that kids are kids its okay to let loose and be a like a kid and that's also a way to teach them stuffs 😊

I adore this short film, not just because of the story, but the art style is beautiful and raccoons' natural behaviors are captured well. This is a minor thing, but I keep reading the comments where the raccoon's parent is said to be the father. The parent is the mother taking care of the cub, male raccoons don't take care of their offspring. I get that the raccoons might look like a male, but she probably looked like that because of old age.
