How Enzo remained SO CALM instead of taking a bite out of Matt's neck after what Matt said to him amazes me. He admitted that he's NOT THINKING STRAIGHT because he's worried about Bonnie. But the SOLDIER in him always said that " calmer heads ALWAYS prevail" during his Augustine stint with Damon & when Dr.Westfield wanted he and Damon to basically kill each other off. While his love for Bonnie is helping to stave off his beastly VAMPIRE instincts because he KNOWS she would never forgive him for killing one of her friends; so his level of control is really being tested at this point. Besides that, I think that he genuinely likes Matt because whether he's for or against Enzo, he's ALWAYS upfront about where he stands..... and I think Enzo finds his honesty rather refreshing surrounded by a town of hypocrites.

Weird how Matt became Anti Vampire even towards ones that were mostly decent
