I feel for Freddie, her entire ancestry is a history textbook for slavery, she has west African genetics, which in slave trade era was primarily the spot where Europeans would pick up the slaves (due to the ports) and her European % is because somewhere along her family's history, the family member who was a slave was most likely raped by her owner 😞, I can understand her disappointment, all the other girls are happy at the surprise of their genetic make up while Freddie's is the reality of black Americans. 😣❤️

I'm always surprised that Latinos are always surprised to discover their Native American ancestries in these DNA videos.

Freddie's results were upsetting, but honestly Kristin's made me concerned too. Her mother was adopted and there's Native American heritage there... even though I only know a little bit about the history of native children being taken from their families, I still found that, Idk, full of sad possibilities I guess. 😕

Freddie knows exactly how that Irish and British got into her blood. She got so sad when she learned wt time period it entered her blood line.

It hurt my heart when Freddie's face fell after she saw what time period the European entered her bloodline.

Came back to this video after watching Kristin on Gianmarco’s podcast. It’s nice to see how far she’s come talking about her heritage.

For anyone wondering Kristin has since done some exploring and recently shared on Twitter that she and her mum are reconnecting with their native heritage and that they were able to figure out her mums backstory.
