If he was innocent, he wouldn't need immunity.

The entire concept of claiming immunity for illegal activity is HILARIOUS

Trump's remarks after the hearing, saying the court conceded to two important points. Whaaat?! I watched the whole thing on HBO MAX and not once did any of the three judges concede to anything. He's delirious and attempting to gas light the courts and the entire country.

Watch for the threats, insults and rants against judges when he loses his appeal

They should make Trump cover the court costs for wasting everyone’s time and money.
  • Either scowling like a "tough guy" or staring ahead like a placid cow. His only two modes in court.

So according to Donnie's lawyer, based off the court's transcript, If a president ordered a hit on a political rival using Seal team six, he would be covered under presidential immunity and only impeachment would be the remedy to punish him. The prosecution argued that that's ridiculous, because a president could just quit and avoid accountability. So it looks like Joe could whack Donnie and we wouldn't have to hear Donnie's rants anymore.

I saw the notes he was passing to lawyers. 3 double Big Mac meals, 20 McNuggets and 3 diet cokes.

Argument: So if you say it’s “official business” than a president can do anything & not be criminally charge? Not!

Interesting that notes were being passed to a lawyer when they admonished an official court clerk for doing the same thing in another one of his cases.
  • I don't understand how court proceedings, especially ones as important as this one are not televised or lived streamed. The people deserve to witness what occurred.

"Your Honors, my client is leading in all the polls," is the stupidest argument ever made by a lawyer. Trump will get zero immunity.
  • @IMGreg..
His argument is I'm guilty but immune? That's it?

By his attendance he thought he could unduly influence the judges or maybe intimidate them, cheap and moronic trick by a reality show extra.

It is an injustice that the American taxpayer has to pay for this (so-called) billionaire criminal's protection and entourage.
