Playing through I've had countless awesome runs no doubt, but this one probably takes the cake in terms of just perfect luck...and getting the wafer and stuff on the first floor :P.

A few of the many items obtained were Death's Touch, Tiny Planet, Spoon Bender, 20/20, Magic Mushroom, The Parasite, Crickets Head.

This is the first true breaking run for me for Rebirth, so much fun, used to do them constantly in the original, next time I'll try and go for angel rooms since I finally have all of the items that really shine in that pool.
