  • Thanks Kent, In these times of inflation heading toward a new depression, your cooking has been a life saver, i am eating good, healthy food that satisfies me while being cheap, Do Americans have an American of the year award? If you do then you deserve one. Not a single person from any other country on earth (Even my own) has helped me as much this year as you have and you didn't even intend to, that's what i call the American spirit.
  • Mr Rollins I work for a fire department in Oklahoma. When I’m at work and we can’t decide what to do for dinner(which is nearly every shift) we start pulling up your videos for ideas. We have cooked so many of your recipes and not one has failed us. Soo good everytime. We loves your videos. We sometimes find ourselves watching hours worth of your videos. We can’t wait to see what kind of dance you do at the end. 😂 Thank you sir for keeping us fed and entertained!

I say this with no hyperbole or irony: This man is a national treasure. Good, simple food. Prepared with no arrogance. Accessible to any walk of life. Just wholesome feelings and down home cooking. The world needs so much more of this positivity (especially in these trying times). I'm not a religious or spiritual man by any stretch. I still say Kent Rollins is a blessing

Hello From the Deep South, I made y'all's fried onion burgers today on my Weber kettle with a griddle plate. This was absolutely the best burger I have ever made (and I have made thousands of burgers). I love outdoor cooking and history so anytime I can cook something 'historical', it is a win-win situation! I truly appreciate your channel and the recipes and stories you provide us. Keep doing what you do! God Bless...

I'm a born and raised in Mangum! So cool to hear you give it some recognition! Sadly the Hamburger Inn burned down several months ago. My understanding is that they will be rebuilding it. But it still a sad day for so many when this happened. 😔 Love your recipes and videos!!
  • That sure looks and sounds like a good burger! I come from Sweden and we do not have the same burger traditions as you, but I still remember my grandma really making a ton of fried onions for our moose burgers. Your video made me remember that. Now, moose burgers get very dry so what she did was putting a LOT of butter on top of the patty and let it melt down into it. When the patties were finished, she´d put sliced onions in the pan and let them get soft from the after-heat. When eating, I´d say it wast 30/70 onions and meat. And cooked potatoes, since it is Sweden. No critique, just sharing lovely memories. Keep the burgers going! :D
