58:33 the hazard that took Jeremy here was actually a False Artifact, because it mentions bees and False Artifacts make buzzing sounds that can only be heard by kids or small animals

the weird caller you keep getting is the intelligent rat, cause hes hiding around in the house and hes smart enough to semi-communicate and send weird emails. You can also hear the last call he does is him squeaking.

Ryan is the first one, when playing this game, actually put cockroaches for the coffee ground one. Nobody else bothered to actually read the descriptions to figure it out lol

If you get too many wrongs, the game over scene involves the player turning into a mouse (confirmed at 2:06:17). It's implied that's what happened to Gubber

I think the ending just means that you have been working for Fae the entire time, so that's why the HSH knows of all the mythical creatures. The document at the end said the dev just wanted a fantastical ending, since the game was inspired by a Dungeons and Dragons bestiary and mythical folklore. And Carol's actor dressed up as a fae.

What a fascinating game, also based on the ending it seems like the HSH was run by a group of fairytale people (most likely Fae based on their appearance in the ending) which would make sense as to why the HSH is so knowledgeable on the more mystical problems. Also props to the voice actor for May, those cries in distress were gut wrenching & sent some serious shivers down my spine & have even made me watery eyed (even after listening to it multiple times) She needs to get a debut in Hollywood immediately.

1:51:01 the wife and the husband were dealing with a Bed Hag right under there noses. The signs are the constant Breathing problems they induce, and further backed up by the call back with the sleep paralysis they can inflict that ended up affecting the Husband. Though blame the network error for showing up that time.

I loved the Maple County reference at 29:16 (Also Ryan failed to notice that when you eat a False Beet, it cannot be removed without the host dying, so that guy who he thought had it has to deal with that the rest of his life. )

43:00 I could be wrong, but "Leaving out a bowl of cream" could be a miscommunication, because the solution to a Fracture Hobb infestation is to leave out "a slice of cheese of any kind each night before before going to bed" as stated at 44:04, the use of cream instead of cheese is what allowed the the Fracture Hobb to become a Boggart.

That ‘false caller’ is actually just a guy doing a voice changer, yes all of them were him, note how in one of those false calls there was laughing before hanging up, man was prank calling (Edit: the squeaking was the guy turned into a mouse, I know this because if you get the game over (btw the game over screen says ‘you are unemployed’ lol) you turn into a mouse, probably turned into one by your manager)
