  • Alena Beave is more than a musician, she`s a true performer, her body movements added so much to my enjoyment. She made that fiddle speak many different languages, fluently. I`ve never heard a violin played so enthusiastically before. She deserved that standing ovation. :washhands::washhands::washhands::washhands::washhands:
  • Such magnificent music....Brings fond memories of our (my husband and I) Phenomenal experiences with our High School Orchestra....me,violin and him, clarinet. Our music drew us together and here we are, 62 years later, enjoying and loving alll the composers. Our Hempstead High School Orchestra had the honor of perfoerming at Carnegie Hall, New York City in 1952.....Franco Autori was the conductor.. indeed, MUSIC HATH CHARM.
  • I have listened this so many times my wife thinks I am lost. But how can anyone not, with all of these beauties all in one place. The grand concert hall; the orchestra; the music and of course what tops it all is the beauty of Alena and her beautiful rendition of this. My only regret that traveling thru Amsterdam not being to pause long to visit this great hall and experience the music first hand......

Seriously. This is one of the most amazing technical interpretations I have ever seen/heard. The tempo is diabolical. What energy and precision.

There are no words to describe this... music from heavens... Alena Baeve... an angel. Thank you Tchaikovsky.
  • Gotta love the random smiles on the musicians' faces. Feels good to give such a performance.

Just an incredible performance by the orchestra and violinist Alena Baeve!
  • Alena Baeve's playing here is nothing short of spectacular. Truly a marvel. She's an absolute master at her instrument.
  • Le génie humain à l'état pur : le compositeur , la violoniste , le chef , le luthier ...Shakespeare ....

Why would the “dislikes” choose this, from the “menu”, to watch and listen? There was NOTHING to dislike; the music, the soloist, the conductor, the orchestra, the camera work, the audience, the concert hall, nothing, everything was perfect. Of course, criticism can be justified, from time to time, when one is “qualified “ to judge, so I am guessing that there there must be more than 1K unsatisfactory areas here that I must have missed? So, I will watch again, and again, to see if I am able to spot them, somebody has to do it!

How is it a thousand people disliked this beautiful music? I bet they like auto tune voice singing ,playing guitar hero and have never played a musical instrument in their pathetic lives.
