I found this yard in one of my regular neighborhoods that I service. I am always looking for potential yards/people to help and just had to investigate this one. I could barely see the house from the road. I was surprised to see the house in such an overgrown state because the neighborhood has an HOA. Normally they will make even a bank owned home keep the yard up. So I went and found out that it used to be owned by a couple of veterans. They eventually left and it’s now owned by some mortgage management company who is not maintaining the yard. I spent a few hours each day for about 11 days getting this yard cleaned up. There was a dead tree that continuously drops branches and debris all over the yard. The clean up of all the debris really made this job difficult. But I was extremely happy with the transformation. I probably had ten different people stop and thank me and ask questions about who owned the home and who hired me to clean it up. I first edited this video down from about nine hours to about 3. I then tried to remove even more to get it under two hours. I just couldn’t get it much shorter. I feel like we all can skip around to our favorite parts . You are such a good guy. You did an incredible job. It's beautiful. I hope and pray that the family gets notified by someone in the neighborhood and possibly get this house cleaned up and out and on the market. It's a beautiful home and I pray that it gets a new life.

This was the most extensive and best transformations I've seen yet. I'm disabled so most of the time, I watch lawn transformations. You even did gutters. No one does gutters.

You did an awesome transformation on this house. Best I have seen so far and I have seen hundreds. You not only mowed, edged, clean up but you also gave all the trees and bushes an awesome look. You deserve an award on this one. 🏆 You did it all by yourself. I'm amazed, that was quite a job!! Nice for the neighbors to stop by, I'm sure they appreciate all of your hard work you have done on this. I am a little surprised that nobody offered to help all these years. I like your idea of restoring the home, for the community and perhaps as an aid to the owners. We don't think of "losing" the street edge of a home but as you started with cleaning the street and even refinding the gutter, I looked back in your video and the yard was indeed sweeping way out into the street. That was a good move. Noted the clogged roof gutters, nice extra to make the time to clean them and prevent roof damage. A sign of good work is it engages people and people did get interested and come over to talk to you. You were tenacious, you insisted on finding a way to get all the vines down. With all you worked on, I didn't remember edging but when you edged, it added crispness to what had been done. Nice the stuck cycle has been broken and repairs to the home are lined up.

Wow what a huge job! Awesome transformation. The gutter cleaning and ivy removal really tops it off! Fantastic! Hope a family will be able to ownership soon! Wow ! You just gifted the whole. Neighborhood. You are a great man for doing this home. Hopefully the neighbors will step up and keep the lawn cut. By getting the lawn in order, possibly get the interest of some people that are in the market for a fixer upper. Excellent work. Hope you get work from some of the neighbors. 😊

I am 86 years old and when I was young I love to help those in Need of help, wish I could now, oh the feeling in your heart, you just felt so good, it takes a special person to do what this man is doing, God puts that desire in your heart, there are folks out there that looks for what someone can do for them, not what they can do to help others, this man is special, bless you.
