Sad news & update

This is the most difficult and saddest vlog you have had to make Claire. It takes great courage to express your emotions to us all on YouTube. I guarantee anyone that has watched this will have shed a tear for you personally and for Pops. It was so obvious that she loved you the most, she was always pleased to see you and she would talk to you in her own way!, remember, you made a difference to her life, just as much as she did to yours. Pops will be sadly missed from your vlogs.... How about getting a photo made and you could display it on your window cill and in a way she'll still be around?. I was just thinking to myself, you have 350+subscribers who love you for the person that you are Claire, the comments also reflect this and the amount of views in such a short period of time prove it. Honest, kind and caring, you are these three words and so much more Claire, that makes you a very special person. I'm really pleased your mum's on the mend, it has been a very stressful time for you, but with medication, your love and support help get her back to making a full recovery and hope all goes well with the scan next week. Try not to worry about jobs and careers at the moment, your mum and dad are the most important. Unfortunately we all find ourselves worrying more and more about our parents as they get older and most of us find ourselves in a role reversal caring for them at sometime in our lives, but we are only giving back to them for the care they gave us as children and we all have to be grateful if our parents live to a grand old age and stay well. Hopefully you will find a job in the near future Claire, airlines will fly again eventually if you decide to go down that route again, but who knows what tomorrow brings. Time really is so precious, after I was made redundant, I had six years at home with my mum before she passed and I wouldn't have had that precious time with her had I been working. So appreciate this time now whilst you're not working and spend it with your mum and dad. Hopefully this covid virus doesn't stop you visiting them. Stay focused, stay safe, stay well and look after yourself xx.

Oh Claire, wish I could give you a hug after hearing the very sad news of Pop Pop, and then you have the worry of your mother and her dash to hospital. I hope the Scan shows exactly what's wrong and she gets the correct treatment. Last but not least the devastating loss of your job. 15 years is a long time and it will be hard for you to decide what you'd really like to do. Hopefully it won't be too long before an opportunity presents itself but you are in my thoughts and prayers. xx
