I am serving in special frontier force ( SFF) and in kargil war we have big roll in kargil war but there give only same cash prize, no medals, no name but it’s ok and it doesn’t matter we are not sick on medal and money because we are here for protect India and protect Indian people it’s my first aim 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

My father also was a part of Kargil war. He served in the IAF. His return is no more than any gift for us.

I am from 4 generations of army background. V proud of our soldiers. Why don't you compile all these unknown realities into a book? Saurabh's brother came to work with us in delhi.. he told usthe entire thing.. and it was really so sad i cried.. he tried to live anormal life working in the corporates but his parents couldn't bear the distance and their constant fear of losing the second child made him go back to them.. they were not able to overcome the shock..

I clearly remember after retirement. My father went to Chennai. He was ready for Kargil saying he might get a call and should be ready. Just to let you know my father retired in Nov 1984
