🔴What's happening in my video?:
I realized also people are getting confused about what's going on, this isn't Rei talking to endeavor to make him feel like trash, it's Enji's(Endeavor) thoughts playing him a terrible life, tormenting him, like If he was the past's slave. Of course the video is the background story of the Todoroki's and Rei realizing what is going on in her life, but at the same time it's Enji' s realization of his actions, and the thoughts start to slowly kill his mind as well. The last scene is the strongest scene according to me, as you can see Enji already aware of what he has done, and every life he has ever ruin starts to tormentate him(though they are actually not, it's his mind tormenting itself).
I have read the manga until the very actual chapter been released, so I do have clear Fuyumi(sister) and Rei, don't keep any grudge against Enji, But as I've said before this isn't only the backstory it's also Enji's head and thoughts.

WHAT'S THE CANNON STORY???
Endeavor the second "best hero", has a dark past that carrys in his back; ruining his family's life, or torn them apart, for his selfish desires(being better than Allmight). The longer it took ,the faster he started to realize how far he was from reaching the Hero, so he becomes CRAZY trying to find a way to surpass Allmight.
He decides that he will create the strongest kid with the most powerful quirk(half hot half cold) to surpass him instead. He "failed" multiple times or that's what he thought because of his obsession, making the other 3 kids feel unwanted. After Shoto was born(the powerful one) he begun to train him in the toughest way possible, hitting him, making him sick when he was only five. Eventually Rei (the mother) begun to get really tired, she felt used, and decided to step in and intervened Endeavor's abusive training. This caused him to get really mad and he started to abuse mentally and physically Rei until she went crazy as well. She burned Shoto's face with boiling water and then she was taken away.
Btw Endeavor is DEEPLY ashamed of himself and he is conscious of how selfish he was, even though there's no way back.

Because if people found out Dabi was a todoroki it would ruin Enji/Endeavor’s and the todoroki family’s legacy, just how Hamilton ruined their legacy by publishing the Reynolds pamphlet and letters Maria Reynolds wrote him and telling the world about their affair

I legit feel like Shoto’s mother and father were in love but grew apart due to endeavor’s ambition...and that in the end endeavor wanted the half ice-fire we all know,protecc, and love. Shoto. I feel bad for them. Edit: Honestly I felt like that was his intentions at first, he wanted her quirk so he did the arrange marriage thing but grew to love her anyway, but when he realized he couldn’t possibly beat Toshinori that’s when it fell apart.

2:49 when all the kids are standing there and she's singing about how they are the legacy gave me chills. Wow. I didn't realize how well this song went with this family.

“And when the time comes Explain to the children The pain and embarrassment You put their mother through When will you learn That they are your legacy? We are your legacy” This entire part killed me. And the animation that went with it was PERFECT!!! Fuyumi, Natsuo, Dabi/Touya, Shouto + Rei, and finally all the siblings standing in a line with Rei in front of them. I’ve been going back to that part over and over. It’s been haunting me for days but in a good way! It just gives me the chills. I keep on wondering abt Shouto’s reaction to this.
