I was 12 first hearing Tommy, (I’m 62 now,) my brother had just gotten married and I couldn’t wait to spend the night with him and his wife so I could hear this album and more music. I would zone out in my 6th grade class and hear this song so loud in my head that I got a failing grade....thanks Tommy🤪 yet I graduated😃

I was in college at the time this was out and working an overnight shift at a gas station, I would love the long version at 4:00am. Something so cool at the time that still holds true today. One of the best of ‘68! Ah sweet youth!
