  • Parents of the bullied kids should hold themselves more accountable. It is their job to 1) protect the kid and 2) TEACH THEIR KID TO STAND UP TO BULLIES NO MATTER WHAT and 3)to make sure the kid SEES you stand up to bullies. Mimo, I'm sorry, but if a parent says boys will be boys, it is your job to say, hopefully in front of your kid, "you can raise bullies if you want to, but I have a boy and the only reason he didn't hit your kid is because I raised him NOT to be a bully or abusive. If you can't teach your kid better manners, tell him to stay away from mine. I don't tolerate my kids being abused by ANYBODY." (and I know it's sensitive because we are hijabis and can't always safely speak our mind) I won't coddle any parent that drops the ball. I love your page and your content but step up. "I'm so pathetic" is not true and it is not an excuse. Step it up. Kids don't give warnings. Parents who drop the ball about bullies? Next kid in a casket could be yours.
