Found a VHS at my grandparents a few days ago, on it was a sticky note that just read "RAINBOW CAP", it seemed interesting so I brought it home with me. All that was on the VHS was screenshot of a scrapped starry night level, and some text hinting at a rainbow cap, which likely got replaced by the metal cap to help the game feel more different.
