This video I decided to target some wild city trout! I started off the session in the countryside searching for a few bites knowing the smaller fish would be easier to catch there. The idea was to get a few smaller "easier to catch" fish from there before moving on to the urban concrete jungle in search of a big rat munching trout in an area where the river runs under the city! See how I got on!

Such a shame seeing all that rubbish and stuff in the river. what is wrong with people. Would never have thought such a magnificent specimen would have thrived in such an environment. Brilliant video, Chris.

I’ve captured a few large wild browns in my time on small waters like this, but this one was off the chart. The build up to the hooking and the fight in this vid was incredible. I absolutely love your channel ❤

Gotta say.... Out of all your videos this is my personal favourite. That trout is absolutely stunning! Theirs so many epic fishing videos out there but for me this one has that little extra bit of magic!

I'm in Australia mate and love your lure fishing. I'm not only a fishermen but also keep large Australian predator fish as pets...teaches you alot. Seeing trout being caught is amazing to me

Fantastic trout. .... I love catching big browns in the most urban. Non looking trout environments... something special about a big bruising brown from those places❤!!!!!!
