I'm on Java too and get way more ghasts and other mobs than you're getting. Maybe it's because you move more quickly through the areas than I, and they don't have time to spawn in. Still, seems like if, say, I come through a portal into a soul sand valley there's already a bunch of skeletons there plus ghast sounds right off the bat.

I’ve coded in both c#(c sharp) and c++, so I’m pretty sure they are two different languages, didn’t know that bedrock used one of them though, that’s pretty cool… Java just makes since though :) love your videos, not trying to go against anything you said, maybe I miss heard it, not sure. I’m a PS4 player of bedrock, I’d like to get either it or Java on computer though because I like things like RTX AND OPTIFINE, which ironically I was trying to remember the name of optifine when you said it so I got lucky there.

ive just come back to minecraft since not playing since the nether update im glad i stumbled upon this ive learned alot of new things

about the poket edition, I bought to play on my computer (suing a special launcher) before buying the java edition (for my self). I used to play on my own server with the kids. The consol ppl can join you SMP albeit with some efforts, there are few solution depending on which console you have and if you shelled the payment for online stuff or not (I'm looking at you nintendo) ... check out the Geyser (the proxy that most probably your SMP is using to let bedrock ppl in) wiki for hints on how to do it.

I've only played Pocket Edition with a gaming controller or Bedrock and Java in VR. I've literally never played Minecraft traditionally. I wonder how often that happens..?
