In this episode of the Midnite Snax podcast we discuss h3h3productions lawsuit, Nintendo Switch Launch, and a late discussion about PewDiePie vs the WSJ and the hypofritz Grade A Under A.

***I wanted to talk about PewDiePie last week but Mark wasn't having it and Leon wasn't there to give me a platform to defend myself. I enjoy YouTube news but we aren't sure if we will continue to discuss it. Let us know if you like the YouTube news or have any recommendations or topics you would like to hear discussed on the podcast.     33:50 - Nintendo Switch discussion starts my comments: excellent looking console box package system setup is painlessly quick controller works perfect; no sync problems. controller's analog stick and buttons are quite small from past nintendo consoles, and it works out well. gyro controls are in zelda: botw is perfect 3D game of Zelda 1; don't spoil the game by watching playthroughs or trailers good discussion on switch; yes, the commercials for the system are for older players (check out the German commercial sometime if you haven't seen it).
