I just had my first migraine today. Holy shit it hurt so so so bad. It was probably some of the worst pain I have ever been in. I’m really glad that I don’t have chronic migraines. If you do suffer with chronic migraines, I wish you all of the love and support I can. You are strong, and you are capable. 💜💜
