Sega Saturn weird screen problem - faulty CXA1645 encoder

Problem with my recently bought Sega Saturn - I'VE FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM IS A FAULTY CXA1645 RGB ENCODER!
• Sega Saturn fixed - CXA1645 replaced
Output signal goes very dark (?!). It kind of reset with every new screen (example from Saturn logo to game logo when there is a moment of no video signal). I've found out that when I heat up the place where the video output is located the problem almost disappears.

If your other Saturn works fine with the same cable, then there must be a problem with the Saturn. I don't think it's a grounding issue like the video I posted.
