I mean, companies should just hire you to their recaps. this was so much better than the one netflix has.

Geralt didn’t wish to free the djinn- he used his last wish to bind him and Yenneffer’s fates together. The djinn was released because he’d used all his wishes. Yenn doesn’t dump him for not wanting a kid- she leaves when she discovers what his wish was because she thinks that means their relationship was never real - just a spell.

Funny thing is, in the books the dude he saves in the woods from zombies and in whose cart he is passed out. Well that dude also offers him a reward and Geralt invokes the law of suprise yet again, gues what he finds when he comes home? His wife who has taken in a war orphan who is Ciri. So Ciri is not just a suprise child she is a DOUBLE suprise child

The Geralt-Ciri relationship is DEFINITELY not romantic, nor is it meant to be. In fact, you should have picked up on it with Yennifer's baby rabies - they're setting up Geralt and Yennifer to be Ciri's adoptive parents.
