Welcome to Meditation, Relaxation Music Channel. This channel is different than any other meditation channel. Our videos and music selection have their own unique sites and sounds. Our goal is to provide a relatively short video that will give you that peace of mind and relax your mind body and spirit.

These videos are great for meditation, doing homework, going to sleep or just relaxing after a stressful day. Each video is themed with music to match the mood. My wife and I go through each video to ensure they will provide a clam atmosphere. Then we match music to fit the video. Although those other channels have their place we feel our approach gives that alternative.

Our hope is that you will find our videos useful as an alternative to them and if you feel like a change we have added many of the other channels to our channel and playlist tabs to make finding them easier to locate one that may fit your desired needs for that moment. Of course we want you to return to our channel when you want another option.

I have battled depression and PTSD from my time in the military and have found each of our videos helpful to unwind and feel refreshed. I have even went to some of the other channels when I was looking for something different.
