Snoop is just out here living his best life. Crip walking the streets of Paris with the Olympic torch that kinda (really) looks like a blunt. He's having the time of his life. And he actually goes to the stands to cheer them on. He isn't just there to flash celeb status for views then disappear during the rest of the games.
