    I don't know?? Maybe it depends also in our body. Why, coz when I was a teenager, I abused my body. Almost every day, M drunk, less sleep n even empty stomach keep drinking beer, rhum n gin. Now M 78 but still walking n running . Now I exercise everyday, still less sleep 4-5 hrs at nite. As I said, " maybe it depends on our genetics or body"!! M not sure but at 78 I feel good 👍!!!
