I have a story, I was working in a Starbucks it was really busy and this lady wanted a special drink which she described with ambiguous terms. It was nothing on the menu, but she described one ingredient as a "splash" How much is a splash, an ounce, a half ounce a quarter ounce, 2 ounces. She got upset when we didn't get the "Splash" right, and she came storming back to the window pissed off, man does working in the food Industry suck. ;) Just Kidding.
