The Redskins evened their record and separated themselves from the rest of the so-so NFC East, steam-rolling the visiting Bills to take control of the division race.

To date, this remains the only Washington win vs Buffalo since Super Bowl XXVI. Kirk Cousins was masterful, guiding the Redskins to touchdowns on their first three drives. If not for an errant fumble late in the second quarter, the halftime score might have been even more lopsided. Buffalo scored all of their points in the second half, but it was too little too late for the Bills, who were eliminated from the ‘15 playoff chase with this loss.

I was upset about the RG3 thing that during this season I would do almost everything I could think of to discredit Kirk Cousins' play. Thank God I'm not like that anymore. Kirk may still have "things" to prove, but in my opinion he's become the most mechanically sound QB in the NFL right now. You can see his transformation very clearly in this game. It just didn't translate to enough sustained wins for him to become our franchise guy. Crazy. Hope he returns healthy this season!

Lol I was good friends with Breeland during the offseason before 2015 - Sammy going off in this game bothered him so much. College teammates and friends but those butt pats after the overthrow in the end zone set Sammy off 😂
