Dang I’m reading the description now and 7 takes?! Dang. Also for those of you who are curious I have access to one of those takes. Anyways It was made in either 2004 or 2005 and there’s a lot for lore to the clear maverick than some of y’all might think. The clear version was originally a GameStop exclusive with open air packaging and the box itself had a Black and white color scheme. It was later a Walmart exclusive same exact thing only that it had a “Only At Walmart” sticker. It was released in the clear series early on in 2010 and then it became a Target Exclusive with Red darts, Red Suction Cup darts. So yes there’s 2 variants of the clear maverick.

Nice episode, I agree when I think of Nerf, I think of the Maverick, it’s the icon of nerf.

A great start to the second season!

The Maverick was my first blaster I got for my 26thbirthday in 2000,and I wore it out. Last year I found a clear Maverick ghost ops edition at a yard sale. You are absolutely correct,the Maverick is the best blaster pistol ever!!!!!! There's a cheap mod for this,put between 1-5 pennies behind the charge spring, before the back plate. The other mod is removing the opening block in the front so you can load it like a real pistol. Also,remove the air restrictors and cut down the dart posts because if you completely remove them,your blaster won't work
