I've seen this suggested to me for years, yet I've never watched it until now. All I can say is, what a great recreation. You guys got everything down: the angles, the exact timing of the characters' movements, even small details that weren't supposed to be in the shot, like Raphael walking in the background when Don says, "Excellent!" and the stuntman's hand showing when you see the shot of him skateboarding. Excellent work.
