I don't think Haliburton would be #1 Pacer all time even with a ring. Reggie Miller played his entire 18 year Hall of Fame career for the team and was the best shooter of all time at the time. The difference of accolades of Miller and Haliburton isn't magically nullified by one singular ring in a team sport. Those 1990s Pacers teams were legit contenders and would have won it all if not for that Bulls team in the same division. MJ denying rings to Hall of Famers is often misused, but Miller seems one of the ones that counted for. I know this team hasn't won an NBA chip so far, but Indiana is not that poverty that their all time player ranking is suddenly shifted.

Although I like the Boston Celtics, the real reason for me to support their run this year is Al Horford.

The Dallas Mavericks are the best equipped team left in the playoffs to win the finals. Boston may have the better individuals, but Dallas has better leadership and clutch players.
