  • The lady’s smart for thinking the way she did, those distractions are perfect for keeping your sanity far longer than the people that gave up, and do whatever they please.
  • Phillip thought he found the love of his life, but it turns out someone better looking popped out of nowhere from a limo lol. I'm sad that the show got cancelled, it looked like it had a lot of potential.

human: kills 99% of germs the 1% of germs:
  • Honestly in this situation I would die for Carol, she's truly making the best of the absolute worst situation. If humanity ever had a semblance of returning even after generations, people thinking like Carol are what would allow us to eventually recreate a better world.

"Hope he won't get confused in the two pools" This guy is the best narrator ngl
  • @Leto85
Nagging or not, I'm impressed with how human Carol stayed in a situation like this. She indeed kept her sanity by following self-imposed rules.

My husband and I loved this show! I think I remember reading that the creators/cast did not think that it would get renewed for another season every time the finished the previous but it somehow did and they would have to figure out what to do next lol

2:41 Can’t believe that his sanity even came to that point. Being alone for so long really does change people in the worst ways imaginable.

If you’re the last person alive and you find someone like carol, not being grateful is crazy
  • love these kinds of videos,. i cant really be arsed watching full movies these days so this is good
  • Fun fact: While the 'repopulating the Earth' thing sounds like a pretty sweet gig on paper, it would become disastrous in a very short time. Once you and your mate are gone, your kids will have only each other as company, dooming the human race to decline through inbreeding assuming it goes any farther at all. To actually repopulate the Earth, you'd need a minimum of twenty-five unrelated breeding pairs to have a diverse enough gene-pool to sustain itself, and that would still require careful calculation. Double that to fifty breeding pairs to start with and you'll have an easier go of it.
  • Fun fact: the show was released in 2015 and set in 2020 so just be glad that we didn't get their virus and instead got a pandemic

Seems awful that a person can let their life become like that. I'm glad she met someone who could talk some sense into her.
  • As much as I agree that there is no point in following rules in a world that has no one to enforce them. Carol still has a point since it seems following the rules caused her not lose her sanity unlike our main character

Carol is annoying, childish and weird, but in her own strange way she's probably fit the most to be left all alone. She already is kind of wacky, and that'll help her keep the morsel of sanity she has left.

This show. It was too good. To get canceled on a cliffhanger was an absolute shame, especially cause Will Forte had a plan for the final season.
