I love how the first thing he does after a win is to check if his opponent is okay. Legend 💪🏽

He was sickened by the damage he inflicted. Shows character beyond most. Very cool guy for sure. Love his style all around.
  • @TheSportsPROgram
Nice to see a nice person like this who is not a show boat and is very humble and respectful of his opponents.

He checks on his opponents after every match. Nuff said, this kid is gold. True martial artist in every sense.
  • @AnbuReckz
Not only is he an absolute beast he is humble beyond recognition a true warrior
  • @gutsandcasc
This kid is THE reason for anyone to get into martial arts; and a role model for us all. Humble, kind, efficient, deadly.

His skills alone are worthy of the utmost respect but the thing that I admire most is that the moment he gets the win his first instinct is to check on his opponent. While others would run around the ring and bask in the cheers of the crowd while beatimg their chest like king kong, Mikey wants to make sure his opponent isn't hurt. That makes him the GOAT in my book.
  • What an authentic warrior...He is a true example of sportmanship, lowliness, and greatness. I hope Mikey continues to have massive success.

His looks is far from menacing but his grappling skills is ruthless. Much respect!

Look how respectful he is to each opponent stopping his submissions immediately and carefully. True champion!

What I love about this kid is when he makes someone tap he's immediately checking to see that they're okay.

In an age of egos this dude is a breath of fresh air. So humble yet so deadly.
  • @davelopez8097
“Live to walk another day” should be a catchphrase for anyone willing to grapple with Mikey. I commend Bayanduuren’s toughness and grit, but idk if not tapping was worth it.

Musumeci is exceptional talent and great dude! He doesn't look like but he is so dangerous, quick and versatile. Awesome documentary as always! More submission grappling please <3

The humility and sportsmanship has made me a fan for life. Keep it up youngblood
  • @lyxard_7
And Sneako thought it’d be okay and even hilarious to make fun of him🤦🏻‍♂️

The thing a lot of people should take extreme notice with this kid, is that he's not just as described, but also his humbleness goes so far as to ensure no pressure is put on the limb he "collects" by his opponents. You'll notice numerous times when he does a heel lock, or leg lock, that he always elevates that leg to ensure it has a moment to rehab immediately.

Its a testament to mikey the quality of men hes facing as competition. I cannot imagine tearing someone's ACL, MCL, Meniscus and breaking their ankle only for the opponent to ignore the insane amount of pain and soldier on in a bid to come back. That type of shit is just unhear of to me in most competitive scenarios. Not many athletes in all of history would push through injuries as severe as that mid-match. Huge respect for him there.

This young man exemplifies the true spirit of a champion athlete. Each win, he shows respect to his opponent and humbly accepts the loss without throwing a tantrum.
