CORRECT: Weather Lady thank you for the update....However, Your calculation of the last major Hurricane in Jamaica was not over 40 yrs ago as you mention but rather 36 yrs ago. I was living in Jamaica and experience Hurricane Gilbert back in 1988, which is 36 years ago. That was an experience I will never forget.

We are the only country in the western world whose National Anthem ask God for protection. The anthem is also a prayer. Jamaica is the chosen island.They will be protected by God. Although they misbehave at times like all children do ; God sees Jamaicans hearts. He will protect the island from major damage. .
