set aside for 1 hour.
2 eggs.
Milk 100 ml.
flour.
Black pepper, salt, paprika.
vegetable oil.
fry until golden brown.
Mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Вообще в Таджикистане очень часто жарят лук на завтрак и кушают с лепёшками.Из покон веков считается что это очень полезно ,снимает воспалительные процессы в организме.И это правда я и сейчас часто жарю лук и кушаю убирает боль в брюшине.❤

Пока она разрежет луковицу пополам, я уже такую луковицу пошинкую, поджарю и высплюсь. 🤷

На сковородке поджарить шкварки из сала, сверху навалить МНОГО лука слоем, сверху слоем покрыть дольками помидоров, посолить, поперчить, - и сверху всё это залить яйцами. И жарить под крышкой до готовности верхнего слоя. Вкуснейшая и нежнейшая и быстрая и простая яишница.

I really like the cutting technique. It's super; however, if you want to eat this dish in a healthy manner – eliminate the eggs, dairy and frying in oil. This recipe could be made into a healthy dish with some adjustments. I've been using an air fryer, which I really like. Anyhow, I really do like the cutting-the-onion technique. Thank you.
