The former Christopher and Banks store was inside Clackamas, near Dicks. Spirit Halloween's website says coming soon but I visited over the past weekend and saw nothing not even a hint of anything coming. Hopefully Clackamas gets a Spirit Halloween. Bummer about Party City closing, I had no idea.
